Join us for a unique cooking & cocktail class focusing on all things Jamaican. Beth will guide us through preparing a couple of Jamaican Cocktails. We will also be cooking several hors d’oeuvres that pair best with the beverages. Menu to include: Jamaican Beef Patties, Jerk Chicken Tacos, Curry Shrimp, Yuka Fries with Spicy Mayo, and Toto Coconut Cake.

Price includes the class plus specialty beverages.

Known for her shrubs and high acid cocktails, Beth is the sole proprietor of Salt and Acid. Through her business, she focuses on cocktail menu consulting, bar staff training and private events. She currently serves as President for the Richmond, VA chapter of the United States Bartenders’ Guild.

We are heading to Greece to enjoy all of the fresh, fantastic flavors of the Mediterranean. This island my be small, but the nightlife and the flavors are over the top! Enjoy this hands-on cooking class, learning traditional techniques, followed by a delicious dinner. Join us for this incredible night of local dining . Menu includes: Santorini Tomato Fritters, Roasted Heirloom Tomato Soup with Classic Tomato Pie, Chicken Thighs in Creamy Tomato Sauce, Fresh Focaccia and Tomato Soup Spice Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Icing.
